Who we hope
to welcome
Research members
People with a strong foundation in one or more of our six directions who can read papers, formulate questions, design experiments, and analyze results honestly.
Algorithm and engineering members
People comfortable with Python and deep-learning development who can handle data, training, evaluation, and reproduction. Scientific computing, high-performance computing, or research-systems experience is useful.
Cross-disciplinary collaborators
People from ocean, weather, materials, life sciences, or other fields with a clear problem and research data who want to build a verifiable research plan together.
